HAMILTON CENTER Community Building was completed in 1958, designed by Harry Weese. The ice rinks were later enclosed in 1974.
The 2014 remodeling, restoration and improvements were made possible by private donations to the Columbus Parks Foundation, allowing the restoration of the Community building including the restoration of original custom light fixtures, restoration of the terrace and wood acoustical doors for the Community Room use. The Ice Arena locker rooms and multi-purpose rooms were also expanded and improved.
